About - Motivation and Objective - Global Documentary
(go to main site)
"And I'll tell it and think it and speak it and breathe it and reflect it from the mountain so all souls can see it" (lyrics from the song "Hard Rain" by Bob Dylan) Global Documentary stands for the record of human communications - past and present - ranging from the carriers and the recipients of every message ever spoken, etched into stone, or put to paper....to the 'digital messengers' that we are today. And at a time when filmmakers are shooting entire features on mere cell phones, audio-visual messaging co-sponsors global change from previously excluded individual perspectives, 'coverage' commencing where main stream journalism breaks down. "Global Documentary is a grassroots exposé to help network, explore and contribute to improving our conduct on the planet. A freelance writer and videographer myself, I seek to collaborate in producing the type of media that has always made a positive difference. By aiming to maximize exposure through networking within the production community (and outside of it as well), I hope to engage with those who are contemplating and/or working on such projects (and other people interested in sharing ideas). In this context the 'Global Documentary' reaches out - across social media platforms (as these are already being utilized for networking purposes) - and I ask that you please recommend and/or share this web page with your friends, colleagues and families... Thank you!" (--Andreas) Presented by freelance writer, cameraman and filmmaker Andreas Wallach - Global Documentary helps promote the work of individuals and organizations who are proactive on behalf of human advancement.
